During this coaching, we will identify the key factors that may promote longevity and keep the body healthy as it ages. Prevention is the key to longevity, so it is important to become educated on healthy living habits and how to maintain your physical, emotional, and social well-being. We'll touch on each of the supporting fundamentals of health, then we are going to develop a plan of action and routine that is personal to your journey!
There will be a strong emphasis on

as muscle is incredibly important for every aspect of health.
Your health is determined by a number of factors, but one of the most important ones that plays a vital role in overall health, longevity, & disease prevention is MUSCLE. The more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism, the easier it is to maintain a healthy body weight and bone density, reduce your risk of injury/falls/frailty, better blood glucose management and insulin sensitivity, improved hormone balance, decreased inflammation, joint support, reduce pain/chronic symptoms, and making your daily tasks easier are just some of the amazing benefits!
And while this is important, you should also know the importance of managing your mental well-being. This will also carry over and support your physical health.
